كما تم إعطاء مجموعة جديدة من الأهداف لرؤساء قطاع المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بهدف جعلها مساهما أساسيا في اقتصاد البلاد من خلال رفع أسهمها في إجمالي الناتج المحلي من 20% إلى 35 % بحلول عام 2030
